ePN Closing Dormant Accounts During Clean Up Process
February 6th, 2009 | by admin |It’s been almost one year since The EBay Partner Network has taken over EBay’s Affiliate Network. As part of ePN’s continuing effort to clean out fraudulent and black hat accounts they will now close inactive accounts. Any ePN accounts with no traffic since the new account screening process started will be sent a 3 day email notice informing the owner of account closing.
ePN is not expiring these accounts for violating TOS according to the recent ePN Blog Post. They are simply attempting to maintain the ePN site for the valued users. As they have said in the latest post “Policing these accounts takes our resources away from working proactively with our good publishers. In addition, there is a growing black market for ePN accounts so we want to mitigate the risk of these being traded and again be used to defraud ePN, which hurts not just us, but hurts our good affiliates as well.”
Good Luck All
